The band switching logic boards are now complete and working. Band change is activated by the frequency selected on the PPLL VFO activating the relevant replays on the BPFs. It really is neat as even a 1 Hz move to outside an amateur band causes the relay to open. This makes it impossible to transmit out of band. A side effect means that there is no 60m coverage!
The diode matrix for mode switching is also complete. Changing modes automatically introduces a slight frequency shift in the DDS VFO frequency meaning that only one CIO is needed in the IF chain.

Tests last week with a 10W PA stage showed that there was more than enough drive from the VFO to run the PA to full output. There will need to be a buffer/attenuator/keying stage between the VFO and the PA and some means of setting the drive between milliwatts and maximum.
The next task is to make the 8 BPFs now that all the materials have arrived.
