Finding LPFs that will fit in the case has been difficult;the moral of the story being never buy a case and then fit a project into it! When searching on the net I found the CDG2000 site and have borrowed and modified their LPF board. I deleted the 160m section and the control logic and added an antenna change over relay.
I have not made a PCB for many years. The last time I used photo resist, printed the track layout onto clear film, developed it,place on the prepared board, exposed to UV,developed the board and then etched it. This time I used a laser printer to print the track layout onto glossy photo paper, ironed it on the board, sprayed the copper side with cellulose paint and when it was dry etched the board. It all worked very well.
